HighPoint has teamed up with MYCONDOLOGIN.COM to create a custom website for each condominium corporation at no
up-front cost to the corporation.
- Access to the website will be private with each owner having his or her own password.
- Each owner can indicate how they would like the corporation to communicate with them, with e-mail being the most efficient.
- All documents relevant to the corporation will be accessible on the website: everything from the declaration, by-laws, rules, standards, forms, annual budgets, financial statements, newsletters, contacts, etc.
- Owners may choose to allow communication from other owners, or not, or the method of communication (e-mail only, phone only, etc).
- Contacts for the property manager and the directors will be available on the website.
- Current news and/or announcements is another valuable opportunity offered by the website - up-coming AGM's and other meetings, new annual budgets, community events, new standards approved by the Board, etc.
The website has proven to be an very valuable asset in many other corporations utilizing the facility.
Condos will be required to pay the nominal annual charge of $120/year to
maintain the website domain, once established.
